Why does the system rejects my request for a password?
Most likely the E-mail address you have typed in is not registered in the system. Probably there is a typo in what you have typed, or you are registered with a different E-mail address in the webpage, or the data base of the webpage does not hold your E-mail address.
There is a simple way to find out whether your address is in the EQUALSOC data base. If you have received E-mails from me with “undisclosed receipients” in the address field your E-mail address is in the data base. In this case look for typos in what you have typed, or try a different E-mail address of yours.
If you haven’t received E-mails by me, contact your research team coordinator.
