To get those special prices it is important to mention in a reservation form that you are attending a WZB conference (use the code: WZB/DWS). Both hotels will hold these special rates until 20th March 2009.
It is also possible to book double/twin rooms (Fjord Hotel: 96 EUR / Lindemann’s Hotel:
99 EUR, per night, including breakfast) in those hotels, but there has been made no tentative reservation. In order to get special prices rooms should be booked as early as possible.
