Please send in an abstract of your paper by 15 March 2009 to hande.inanc@nuffield.ox.ac.uk and grasow@wzb.eu .
Use the registration form to register for the meeting.
Notification about acceptance will be given by the 30 March 2009.
Full papers should be uploaded before 31th of April 2009.
